Windows 10: Finding the admin place where they have sent a message

I can't use the password for one of the accounts at present it says I need to go to the admin account and change the verification code , or something.

Where is the admin account and how do I give the person the ability to update the password if necessary

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

Follow the steps below to acces the Sent Items folder:

Open Text Messaging on your device.

At the top of the screen, just under the Start menu icon, tap on Inbox and select Sent Items to view its content.

Another way to do this is to click Menu > Go to > Folders.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I’ll certainly help you with this.

There could be a corruption with the Family Safety settings. I suggest you to remove and re-add the account.

Follow these steps:

• Go to
  https://account.microsoft.com/family#/
• You will see the child account listed with a message saying that the invitation has been sent.
• Click on Remove option and select the child account with the "invitation has been sent" message.
• Click the Add option and re-enter your child's email address.
