    Fingerprint & Face recognition can't finish set up on hp elitebook x360 1040 g7


    Hello everyone i'm trying to set up my fingerprint and face recognition for my laptop but I receive the error 'sorry, something went wrong- close windows Hello, and then try going through the set up again.' What could be the reason guys. I'm just setting it up for the first time.

    Hp fingerprint driver

    I have a hp Elitebook x360 1040 g5 .The fingerprint driver doesn’t appear at the biometric devices it’s only the facial recognition , please what do I do to make the fingerprint diver appear for it to come Thank you

    Where to find touchscreen driver for my HP Elitebook x360?

    Hello, I mistakenly uninstalled the HID complaint touchscreen driver for my hp Elitebook x360 1040 G6 laptop. I've been searching for the driver using the hp support and driver to download reinstall it but I cant seem to find any. Please help
