    I have an Acer TravelMat P2410 laptop running Windows 10. When I switch to a large window that has black background, the screen steadily dims over a few seconds. I jack up the brightness in response.When I switch to a large window with a bright background, the brightness steadily increases over a few seconds until it is glaring.
