    What's the Right Way To Uninstall Audacity

    Audacity is running well on my systems, one Home and one Pro - both x64.

    Are you also running Line 6 - there are reported issues on that software & Win10.
    There are a few posts on Audacity forums with the same issue you reported here.

    Stereo Mix driver wont work & Audacity problems on Windows 10

    Hello,

    Since upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have noticed that my Stereo mix audio driver isn't working. It is enabled but wont pick up any sound.

    Also, When launching Audacity, It shows a Error saying 'Could not find any Audio devices. Error: Internal PortAudio error.'

    I am wondering what is wrong with my PC and how can I fix it? I need these to work for recording purposes.

    Ideapad Z580 'PortAudio Error' after upgrade to Windows 10

    Hi,

    I have an IdeaPad; which earlier was having Windows 8. There was lot of issues due to bug for which I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and it was working all right. During end July I got intimation for free upgrade to Windows 10. After this upgrade when I am running
    Audacity I am getting an error message, "Could not find any audio devices. You will not be able to play or record audio, Error: Internal PortAudio error"

    Please let me know, if there is a solution for this or, should I go back to Windows 8.1
