    how to fix oxc0000005 error

    When opening adobe reader I get the error oxc0000005. I have run anti virus and malware scans and I have no threats. Any suggestions?

    Hi Frederik Long,

    Thanks for your information. I did try your suggestion, but it did not do any good. So I did a complete restore to an earlier time and that fixed the problem. The complex antivirus software that was being installed must done something and now the reader
    works as well as the antivirus program. Thanks again.
