Error 0X8004E108 in windows store

I try to re-download my apps from the windows app store and I get code 0X8004E108. I had to delete my game app because they would flicker and not open. I try to re-download and now I get this code. I up graded from 8.1 to 10. What can I do to fix this.

Error 0x8004E108 in Store App

Greetings,

I think I have spent the entire day trying to fix this and nothing worked. I tried everything I could find online and still every time I try to update an app in the Windows 10 Store it tells me to "Try that again" and in details it gives me the 0x8004E108 error.
I even refreshed my Windows 10 while keeping apps and data and that didn't do any good either. I am really at a loss here and need help.
