possible, can you send us a screenshot of it. We recommend that before you post your concern in TechNet, make sure that you have logged-in properly to the website. If you don't have an existing account, we suggest that you create one.

Here is the error that I receive when attempting to connect:

"The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect
to the VPN server. If this problem persists contact the VPN administrator and analyze the quality of network connectivity."

I was unable to post a question at the web site you recommended, some kind of internal error. Perhaps you would like to make an attempt at helping resolve my problems? I have posted the question below just in case you might consider it. Thanks!



I am attempting to connect 3 nearly new HP desktop computers by VPN. One of these three computers has the software and files I want to access from the other two computers. I have got through the suggested fixes to correct this
error including:

- turning off the antivirus / firewall prior to attempting to connect

- checked and confirmed the ip addresses to ensure they are correct

- enabled the router for "VPN pass through", enabled UPnP, set up port forwarding to 1723

- cleared browsing history.

I would really appreciate any additional suggestions to help resolve this issue.
