• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Apparently this has been fixed in another thread, I will copy and paste it here for you, it was created by Charles Jones.

This is an undocumented error in the creation of the PIN in Windows 10, I share the information so that you have the knowledge of the identified errors, alternatives are also offered to try to solve it.

1.- Run the troubleshooting of Windows Update, to verify if it is related to the update of any module or application
