Windows update error 0x80010108

The error 0x80010108 shows whenever I try to update my Windows 10 computer. I haven't been able to update in a long time and some of the updates listed are from 2016. Sometimes when I try to download the updates instead of saying it failed it just stays
on 0% for hours and does nothing. I am running Windows 10 enterprise. I don't know what to do. Please tell me how to fix it.

This issue might have occurred, when Windows Update Components or Applications got corrupted.

Please perform the below troubleshooting steps and check:

Method 1: I suggest you to try the steps from below link to
reset Windows Update Components and check if the issue persists.

After that, please try to run Windows Update Troubleshooter
to find out and fix the error.
