Windows 10 Nov. Update 0x80073B92 - 0x20009 Error, update rolled back

Have tried numerous times including the full windows 10 download/update website. Fully downloads update, verifies and installs. On auto restart, the system blanks reopens without update.

Message under" We Couldn't install Windows 10"......error code 0x80073B92 - 0x20009, The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PREPARE_ROLLBACK operation.

System is a Dell 8900 XPS, with windows 10 home edition. All prior updates to 11/3/15 have been successfully installed.

Any ideas on how to overcome this issue?
