Windows 10: Fixing F: Stage 3: 100% 0 of 0; Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00.

A screw had fallen off from my HP laptop base, I fixed it. After that the shutdown in windows stopped working. So, i forced shut down using the power button. Switched it on after 20 seconds and the fixing stages started for about an hour when it got stuck at the message. I read in the forums that we need to force power shut down at this stage and switch on power again. I did the same, but the fixing of stages started again. The screen shows:Fixing F: Stage 3: 100% 1766 of 1766; Total: 94%; ETA: 0:00:00What should I do? I am not a technical person, just a writer, handling these things makes

this the stage lasts more than an hour, and carries there even 1 percent

My pc (Lenovo) was very slow for week espicially today, I decided to restart it and then start fixing then it stuck at this stage:

It took 12 hours and I am still waiting.

what is the best solition?
