Windows 10: Fixing weird keyboard spam glitch

I have a msi gs66-11ue laptopI've been having a problem where the keyboard sometimes spams keysit looks something like this "my name issssssssssssss"There's no specific time this occurs, or any specific key.One thing i've notices is that all my input gets super slow as if it were lagging, then the glitch occurs.I've tried uninstalling drivers and resetting biosthanks in advance

Weird scrolling glitch

Tried both things. The troubleshooter said there were no problems. Uninstalling the keyboard device also did not work. The weird thing is even after I uninstalled the keyboard device, the glitch keeps happening even though my keyboard doesn't work and
I can't type. And the problem is definitely not the mouse.

Method 1: Use the hardware troubleshooter to fix the issue

The Hardware Troubleshooter is an automated tool which will check the hardware connected to the computer for any known issues with it and provides the details and on how to fix them. Follow these steps and run the troubleshooter.
Follow these steps:

• Press Windows key to get the Start menu.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search box right up corner and hit enter.
• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Method 2: Also I suggest you to update the latest keyboard drivers for Windows 10 from the manufactures website if not available then install the driver in compatibility mode and check if it helps.
