Windows 10: Fixing windows 10

So i am in a bit of a pinch... Some days ago i came home from a trip and tried to set-up my laptop like i usually do( my laptop is MSI gv62 8RD).. When i tried opening the laptop everything felt slug-ish and i thought it was something wrong with the battery or my power supply but in the end that wasnt the issue..so i tried to repair my system with windows 10 automatic repair..The thing couldn't launch and for some reason my laptop wouldn't get to the starting screen... so i tried to get to a point where my system had backed up before the most recent update... But it said there was a problem with my hard drive or smth and couldnt roll back.. so i tried a windows reset but it told me it wasnt possible to start the reset.. so i tried a factory reset and in the end it didnt work as well but it managed to open windows automatic repair which in the end didnt work again but it somehow opened windows 10 normally. I then tried to do a sfc.scannow for possible corrupted files but windows resource protection didn't let me do that and i read i should try it in safe mode.. so when i opened windows in safe mode EVERYTHING glitched out and i could not access anything(i could not click anything neither open command prompt in safe mode) but do an alt-ctrl-delete to restart computer on windows 10... So i tried to do a CHKDSK scan to check my hard drive health. And the scan completed normally and windows 10 opened.. But its not running correctly. I cannot access the shortcuts for the settings from the right hand side of the taskbar and when i open windows 10 settings the update and security tab is loading for ever and i cant access it.. DISM commands dont work as well. I dont know what to do at this point and i am afraid i have to change my hard drive completely...

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
