Windows 10: Flash Player Issues Windows 10

My Flash player it seems keeps crashing every 30-45 minutes or sometimes longer. I use a lot of audio, I have my web browser with youtube, etc and also use guitar rig to play guitar through the computer, and also have a videogame (starcraft II) running in the background. My computer should be able to handle all of this, I have a Dell i3-8100 processor 3.6GHz and 8G of RAM, and 64 bit Windows 10. Any help would be much appreciated!

I can't find Adobe Flash Player
