Windows 10: Flashing display Windows 10

Hi, I am from Spain, where I bought my Dell XPS 15 9500 and now I'm living in the US. I got my screen broken last week and after I went to a laptop repair place and they installed a new one, my laptop screen flashes. I have updated all the drivers and OS, tried the auto diagnosys Windows feature and nothing works, it's really annoying. Any guess? The man in the laptop repair place told me it is a GPU problem caused by the fall but I think it works well.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

The issue might have occur due to pending Windows updates or outdated flash palyer.

Kindly, try the suggested steps below and check if it help.

As an initial steps check for pending updates. To check for updates now, go to
Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select
Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.



Updating display drivers

  Select the Start
  button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results. Expand the display drivers, then right-click on appear driver, and select
  Update Driver Software.

  Select Search automatically for updated Driver Software.
  
• 
  If Windows doesn’t find a new driver, you can try looking the display driver from the manufacturer’s website and follow their
  instructions.
