Windows 10: flickering screen and cursor after windows 10 update

After every windows update, I always had problems not being able to use my mouse as it kept flickering and moving back to certain points on the screen. I tried absolutely everything to fix it and finally realised that my screen is actually touchscreen!

So I followed the instructions for disabling touch screen feature:

open device manager, click the top result and click on the arrow to expand the one that says Human Interface Devices Branch, then right click HID compliant touch screen item and select the disable device option and click yes.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Flickering cursor in Windows 10.

there are two cursors shown on my screen, both flicker and are hardly visable

this happened after windows 10 updates were accepted. I have now reverted

to an earlier date which has cleared many problems but not the flickering cursors,

The screen also displays five rings like the Olympic sign which give a sound like a bell

How can I improve this situation.
