Windows 10: Floxif Virus

Hi. How do I get rid of Floxif.H virus from my computer? I've run a scamner with both Malwarebytes and Microsoft Defender, and cleaned the threats, but they still keep popping up later. Clean install doesn't seem to help which leaves me sure thag the virus is somewhere in my files.

CC Cleaner and the FLOXIF trojan

Hi

I have just found out that my PC has been infected with the FLOXIF Trojan which was identified by running the malware bytes program. I have now removed it but there appears to be confusion on what I have read what files this Trojan may have infected or changed.

On one of the articles I have read it suggests to be completely sure that there is nothing left from this Trojan, is to load windows and this is where I need help. How do I do this as I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, what is the best method. I have
no windows disks.
