Fluent design / transparency blur effects not working properly

After I applied and disabled the 'ASUS' theme in Settings > Personalization > Themes, the transparency blur effects stopped working properly. The taskbar is semi-transparent with no blur effect I can drag a window bellow the taskbar and see the window, and the start menu and apps don't have a transparency effect at all. I have tried disabling and reenabling the transparency option in Settings > Colors, Tried going in the registry and playing around with the transparency and blur values Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize, and I didn't make a restore point before this happened.

    Device details:

    ASUS TUF FX505D

    Windows version 1903

If you need any more details, just ask.

    Thanks.

    :)

  2. Fluent Design Not Working Properly

Hi there, I have a windows 10 laptop, it's version is 1903 and os build is 1832.267. Recently I noticed that Fluent design is not working which includes blur effect, reveal effect, acrylic, etc. It was working fine a few hours ago. The only place where it
seems to work in on lock screen, and that hidden icons popup(bottom right).

Note1: I recently updated my laptop's Intel HD 630 graphics card driver using the Dell Update app. Maybe that's the issue?

Note2: Surprisingly, the fluent design works fine(only in apps+taskbar) when I change my display scale from 125% to 100%. Is this issue related to display scaling?

I don't know if it's a bug or not, but please help me fix it.

    Regards,

  3. Disable blur effect - not transparency

I have been trying the registry hack for this and it works until restart. I prefer the transparency without the blur. Here's a screen of the start without blur. Anyone had any luck getting the no blur effect to stick? Even with restart?

Fluent design not working in windows 10 1803

I just installed windows 10 1803 (non insider). Everything worked fine except one thing, fluent design, even though transparency effect is turned on. Its not available in any of the apps. Everything looked like the previous version.
