Windows 10: Folder Preview Options (Windows 10 Home Edition) 20H2

I Have Audiobooks on my Laptop saved in a Folder, each individual Track is stored in the Folder of the Title of the Book as shown in the Screenshot. My Question is I would like to add the Book Synopsis as a separate file to the Folder so when it is highlighted it shows up as Text on the Right Hand Side in the Preview Pane, I have tried everything I can think of to do this but so far nothing has worked, has anybody got any ideas on how this can be accomplished or even it it can be. I know I can add a Word or Document File like that to my folder but then you have to click on it to open it within it's software which is not what I really wanted, I just was hoping there is a way in which it will just show on the Preview Panel when highlighted Thanks in advance

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 7 Folder Options

In Windows XP, I used to setup one folder the way I liked and go into the Folder Options to make all the rest that style as well. I can't seem to figure out how to do this in Windows 7. I see Folder Options in the control panel, and it has the same feature as XP to apply to all Windows, but since I'm accessing that through the control panel it doesn't work. I imagine I need to access the folder options through the folder that I want to use as a template for the rest. Does anyone know how I can do this in Windows 7?

Preview pane doesn't work in Windows 10

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

1. Are you facing issue with all your files or any particular files?
   
2. Which version of Windows you are using?
   
3. Since when are you facing this issue?
   

The Preview pane shows the contents of certain files selected in File Explorer. For images, it is a thumbnail preview.

If you are unable to preview in File explorer, I suggest you to try the below steps.

1. Open a new File Explorer window and click the View tab from the ribbon toolbar.
   
2. Click Options, and then click Change folder and search options to open Folder Options dialog.
   
3. Check the Show preview handlers in preview pane box, and click/tap on OK.​
