Windows 10: folder stuck in Read Only

i've tried everything the internet has to offer to get this folder off of "Read Only" and it always reverts back to it. i'm about to put my fist through the monitor. i've tried everything like this,this, this, this, this, and this.


any help is appreciated.

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:

All Folders Read Only

All folders seem to be listed as Read Only.

Do not have third party antivirus.

Yes, I already checked Permissions and Ownership

Yes, I have already followed every tutorial and suggestion on this site.
