Windows 10: Fonts Folder shows "This folder is empty" message, although it's not

I've recently installed about 30,000 news fonts on my Windosw 10. The PC slowed down a bit, so I started removing 'some' (many) fonts....     Hi,everybody.
    I've recently installed about 30,000 news fonts on my Windosw 10. The PC slowed down a bit, so I started removing 'some' (many) fonts.

    However, now that I've removed thousands of fonts, when I open the Fonts folder it only shows the "This folder is empty" message. Acessing the folder's Properties through Windows Explorer, however, shows that there are 24,403 files in the folder.

    I did search the internet for a solution, but to no avail. So, does anyone know how I can go back to seeing all the folder's contents or at least remove the new fonts and keep only the ones W10 comes with ?

    Yes, I have tried that to no avail... After "Show all folders>choose 'sent items'", the option "sync this folder" doesn't exist. If I click on the sync icon at the bottom right, it tries to sync, then says "No messages" and the folder remains empty even
    though there are plenty of emails in the Sent folder.

    I did all that. However, after checking "Hidden items", the desktop.ini did not show up. "The folder is empty" was the message displayed.
