Windows 10: football manager 2009 disc version not working on windows 10

okay when i bought football manager 2009 on disc after the installation and i had to download an official patch that removes that uniloc copy protection it wont let me activate it since the servers had shut down in 2011 then when i launched it, it worked flawlessly then right now i decided to install the game again since i was saving disk space for my pc and after downloading the official patch i got a 'serious error' has occured and it generated a file and i would highly doubt its because of SecuROM since i would imagine that its just the disc authentication version which should work fine on windows 10 since i have a few games on disc that do use the disc authentication version of SecuROM
