    EFI Partition got corrupted

    Created the EFI partition and typed the following:

    1. format quick fs=fat32
    2. assign letter=S
    3. exit

    At command prompt...

    bcdboot C:\windows /s S:

    Restarted and everything was fine!

    Continued Windows Update KB5022360 failure (error 0x80070057) - Ramesh Srinivasan

    I am having the same issue I see many having with Windows 11 Update recently. KB5022360 and KB4023057 both failing to install (error 0x80070057 on both). If I can isolate what corrupted update to uninstall perhaps I can fix it. Full OS reinstall with Win11 ISO is a last resort.

    I have already run:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    No issues or corruption reported with these.
