Hence I trust you will

    Hi Greg,

    I just decided I would back up files through the Windows backup but here's what I get. After putting in the External drive and all set to go (or at least I thought I was) I click on the 'Backup Now' and then the message comes up 'Your data is not yet backed
    up'.

    I've gone to Services then to 'Block level backup engine service' and switched that to automatic. I've also checked the 'Remote Procedure Call' and that was already set to automatic. Then I set the 'RPC Mapper' to automatic and changed that to automatic.
    After rebooting the system, the backup is still not working.

    If you've got a fix for this, please let me know. Thanks!
