Windows 10: For the love of God, I need help with 'Error 0x800f0986' for 2020-07 Cumulative Update for...

For the past several months, I have been unable to update Windows 10 properly. I'm really losing my shit here, I've tried so many different methods to resolve this but to no avail.

On that page, I have tried method(s) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 11. and 12.

I've also tried resetting Windows 10 both ways, first with keeping my files, second with a clean wipe. Not a single fucking shred of luck. I know that I should be fine without these updates, but for peace of mind I'd like to resolve this.

My PC is currently having problem with updating system

What should I try since even reset and formatting the system cannot be done for errors.

I keep getting a fail error after attempting to instal this update Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version Next (10.0.18362.10024) (KB4508451) - Error 0x800f0986 for several days now. I restarted computer as well so not sure what to do next.
