Windows 10: for windows 11 upgrade, PC Health check shows my CPU eligible under Windows 7, but not...

I upgraded from Windows 7 or 8 up to Windows 10 Pro. I have a quad core processor over 1Ghz, plenty of ram and storage and everything says good but processor. Windows 7 processors that are compatible show my processor. But it isn't on the list for 10? How can I install Windows 11? Thanks!

PC health check says I don't have a compatible CPU for upgrade to Windows 11

PC health check says I don't have a compatible CPU for upgrade to Windows 11, but I can find my CPU listed in the 'compatible CPU' list on Microsoft website?

Here is my CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ @ 2.60GHz

I'm running Windows 10 Home 21H1

In the list of compatible CPU's there is this :

[table][tr][td]Intel®[/td][td]Core™[/td][td]i7-6700HQ[/td][/tr][/table]
In PC health check my system gets a pass for all other criteria - RAM, SSD space etc.

Does anybody know what is amiss here?

CPU eligible for Windows 11 upgrade, but PC Health App says otherwise

I checked whether my lapotp can upgrade to windows 11 using the PC Health Check app, and it tells me that my CPU does not meet the upgrade requirement. I then went here: Windows Processor Requirements Windows 10 21H1 Supported Intel Processors and saw my cpu listed in the list of cpu's that allow a windows 11 upgrade.

I meet all other requirements, and I don't understand why I can't upgrade to windows 11. I've attached screenshots of my laptop's details. Please let me know, thanks.

I have a HP Laptop that is i7-7500U @ 2.70GHz, PC health check says CPU not eligible for windows 11. I am reading that certain CPUs are not eligible because of security vulnerabilities. However, on health check it states that TPM 2.0 is available and active, I thought that should be enough for security issues if I want windows 11. I have 16GB ram also. So, wondering why with TMP 2.0 active there is still issue with CPU?
