Windows 10: For years now the same problem

    For years now the same problem


    At windows 10 since they released i have setting looking broken and apps from windows store, i have tried everything... reinstalling windows store etc. But it is not the GUI broken only on Netflix app for example. Also broken are windows settings GUI, they look like a web site with plain text written in .txt and someone uploaded as it with out css in .html format. Check my screenshot, the one is how Netflix looks and next to it the Add User Account.

    you can see it only displays a part of them not a full window, like it is at an iframe. This looks also like that when you add new user and windows ask you permissions for many things, has only small broken ASCII text and buttons and you can't read what it says, only click the small icon(broken) at the bottom and continue.

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    Need some advice on computer problems.

    Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
