Discus and support Forbidden: You don't have permission to access / on this server. in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Only have this error message on one website so far, but I was able to visit it a few days ago with no problems.     Only have this error message on one website so far, but I was able to visit it a few days ago with no problems. Not sure why anything has changed, can someone please help?

    'read' msgs stay 'unread' on phone - why?

    P.S. I love the way that when I click 'Get support and software' at the top of this screen I get:



    "Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /get-support-and-software on this server."



    I can see this isn't going to be easy...

    Forbidden: You don't have permission to access / on this server.

    Clear the Cookies, etc for whatever web browser you are using. If using any third party security software, make sure that it is not blocking that website. Basic stuff that you need to go and check to make sure that it is not one of those two items causing it.
