Windows 10: Forced update issues

My computer updated Windows on 8/12/19. I am unable to sign into my user profile, getting the error message "You are logged on with a temporary profile. Roaming options are currently unavailable" I believe because I am not signed on with my profile, I am also not able to find my calendar

appointments, my contact list address book or retain any changes I make when I close the computer and go back on. When I go to restore from backup - there is nothing there, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
