'Nuff said in the title. I need to force my bluetooth headphones volume to be set to 25% each time i connect to them (either automatically or manually). Sometimes it does keep the volume I set earlier, but most of the time when connecting it autoresets to ear-deafing 100%, which I strongly don't want it to be like this. How do I make the volume automatically set to 25% each time when connecting (or even better, how do I manually limit the maximum volume set to prevent the ear-deafing ones).

If that matters, I'm using Windows 10 Edu 1909
Using the latest drivers offered by the Microsoft Update Catalog for the bluetooth module of Dell Wireless 1550 (USB\VID_413C&PID_8143). The previous drivers which Windows Update installed before doesn't appear to fix it.
If this might be relevant, this is the model of the bluetooth headphones: XBlitz Pure Beast

Bluetooth headphone sound volume keeps changing.

I have a relatively new Bluetooth Pulse Echo headphone set and an Acer Aspire 3 notebook that has Windows 10 O/S. When I use the headphones with the notebook in wireless mode the sound volume alternates between normal and very low. I have run Windows Bluetooth fault finder and disabled sound enhancements to no effect. The headphones work fine in conjunction with my iPad however.
Could anyone suggest a solution for this problem please?
