Windows 10: Forgot BIOS password, Lenovo Thinkcentre M710t

For the love of God I even called lenovo customer support and they didn't have a solution. They told me to change my system board, which I will do, eventually. In the meantime if anybody knows of any workaround to this problem so I can change and access the BIOS.

Lenovo Announces Trio of ThinkCentre Desktops

Lenovo today announced the latest generation of its "Tiny" ThinkCentre desktop PC - the ThinkCentre M93p, which packs powerful performance into an impressively small form factor measuring just the width of a golf ball (34.5 mm).
