Windows 10: Forgot details for Parent Account, how to remove parental control?

Hello,On one of our laptops with email id as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** whenever we try to print attachment from email it gives error"You’ll need to ask to use this site If you want to, just send a request to an adult in your family.Ask now"We don't know what is the parents email address. Request you to help. I think this was done by mistake by someone. Can you help to identify the email address of parent so that we can delete the relationship.

• Go to the Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.
• Click User Accounts.
• Click Parental Controls.
• Click on your account photo.
• Choose Parental control off.

The steps provided works only if the user account has full access to the PC.
