Windows 10: Forgot my password

So I either forgot my password, made a mistake when resetting it, or windows is just boned. I would rather not go through the method that is currently implemented for when you hit reset password, since it requires a special driver that I assume I would have to call over a computer technician for. We have managed to launch it in safe mode thought he automatic repair system. We had to use that since some update had removed all icons on the enter password screen other than the wifi and ease of access icons. We've also tried to launch it into BIOS, and it acts like it's trying to launch it into the BIOS but it still asks for the password. Seriously have no idea what to do. Please help. Update: Also just tried the System Image Recovery, and of course it asked for a password. Losing hope here.

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
