Windows 10: forgot password at start

hello, i really need your help.while i was using my pc with windows 10 i needed to turn off all the services for a minute. it displayed that to apply the changes it needed a restart. i restart but at the login it doesn't ask me the PIN, but the password, that i really don't remember cause i don't use it since first set up more than a year ago. the fact is that i also don't have internet connection because of the turn off of services, so i can not recover my password. please i need a solution, if possible without lose my data and app.thanks

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
