Windows 10: Forgot Password Microsoft Surface

I am also looking for help- I have forgotten the PW for my Surface- I have researched this, I have the Recovery Key, It appears to go into the process of resetting the surface, BUT then it says disk space must be removed before the action can take place.

Am I crazy-is it possible to make space if you cannot get into the surface to begin with?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx in advance

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
