Windows 10: Forgot password

I forgot password on my pc... I am not getting a code to my fone.. So used my tablet for reset account live... It says sign out and sign in again.. If I do that I can't get access on either device... Well I didn't forget my password I did a reset save data on my pc cos of probs... But my pc won't send code to my fone.

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
