Windows 10: Forgot password

I am 80 years old. And somehow my passwords were changed on my accounts. I originally put in wrong birthdate for my wife Carol Gaul I think I put in 3/9/11 it sb 3/9/45. I've ried changing her password by following the links with name city state etc. I've tried that probably 25+ times. Snt ltr to M'soft cust svc so far no answer. Since there is only my wife & I we don't need the Family stuff. I've tried deleting but I can't without a password. Could you help me or delete it for me? I

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
