Windows 10: Forgot Windows10 password...

The title says it all really. A relative asked me for help after she forgot the password to her laptop. The account or version of Windows 10 doesn't have the "reset account password" option. Despite knowing that it would not be as simple, I took the drive out and tried to just get the Documents and Pictures from it but to no avail. Before I take it to a computer store/specialist, is there anything else I can do? Any help is much appreciated!

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
