Windows 10: [FORZA 4 IMPOSSIBLE INSTALL/REFUND REQUEST]

Hi,


I have purchased "Forza Horizon 4: Ultimate Edition" yesterday on Microsoft store and I couldn't manage to install it. I literally tried everything I could find online but I had no success.


Logging out of my account, rebooting the pc, using the update tool, wsreset, whatever the method that you want to name.


I don't know what to do with the game that I have. It was my first purchase in the store and might be the last, it also cost me around $120.


The only method I didn't try is updating my Windows and even when I want to do that I get "your device is missing important security and quality fixes".


I never struggled this much to install a game on steam. I saw a lot of people having the same problem as the one I am mentioning here and therefore: "How did you actually solve this problem?".

Refund for Forza Horizon 4

Hello, I want to refund Forza Horizon 4 as the game is not working as it should for me, but I couldn't find the refund button for it. Can I have it refunded as quick as possible?
