Windows 10: Forza 5 wont show up on Microsoft account

I reset my pc yesterday and logged into my account on Microsoft store, the same one that I bought forza horizon 5 on and it is not showing in my library, could you help?

We notice there are issues with the installation for Forza Horizon 5 recently too which was isolated to Forza Horizon 5 alone. In connection to that, we suggest that you:

• Try disabling any antivirus, VPN and other related apps.
  
• Updating the drivers of your PC.

I can't uninstall forza horizen 5 completely

** Make sure you delete the correct folder that contains forza 5 install files.
