Windows 10: Forza 7 ultimate Microsoft store download failure

So about a week ago forza 7 started crashing on regular bases.

I uninstalled the game and went to reinstall the game because it I had several updates to windows newest version.

I was able to start the download game but it hung up at the last .03 gigs of the download 4 times in a row and it took all night.

I reinstalled windows

Now I cant even get download to start . I found some post form about 2 years ago.

I have tried all these suggestions and still I cant download the game.

Need help .

Forza 7 Ultimate Edition Preload Not Downloading or Installing

I cannot download Forza 7 Ultimate. I get the 5 downloads all come up saying "Error: See Details". Error codes as follows;

Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition: Code: 0x803FB107

Forza Motorsport 7: Code: 0x80246007

Forza Motorsport 7 Hoonigan Car Pack: Code: 0x80246007

Forza Motorsport 7 Day One Car Pack: Code: 0x80246007

Forza Motorsport 7 VIP: Code: 0x80246007

I paid £80 for this product and I cannot download it. I recently had to update to Creators Update (which was absolute hell due to various issues) and now I can't install this. What is going on?

Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate edition

I just redeemed Forza Motorsport 7 from a physical copy but when I went to the store for install or download, it says forza motorsport 7 ultimate edition is currently not available but the add-on are showing it's "owned". Only share option is there neither
install nor redeem option. I have no idea what to do please help. After I wasted **** lots of money no this game. Can I be able to get a new redeem code? Please help I just want to play!
