Windows 10: Forza 7 Unable to connect

I am attempting to play Forza Motorsport 7 online and I keep getting the error message "failed to acquire server data." I checked in the xbox app and it says the NAT type is Teredo is unable to qualify. I have tried every fix that I can find but to no avail. I have done the regedit fix, the legacy install fix it does not show up in the legacy install at all, and the CMD prompt fix. I am at a loss as to what to do or how to get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
