Windows 10: Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass not downloading from Microsoft Store on PC

I downloaded the PC version of Forza Horizon 3 from the Microsoft Store app on my PC, and it runs just fine. However, I tried purchasing the expansion pass, and although it shows up in my library as a purchased product, there is no option to download and install it. Clicking on it brings me to the store page, but clicking on the install button there just pops up a message that I don't have any applicable devices linked to my Microsoft account, even though my computer is definitely listed as an applicable device and none of my other apps or add ons through the Microsoft store have this problem. My computer is also fully up to date, and I have tried clearing the store cache. Is there something I'm missing? Is this DLC only available on Xbox or something, and if so, is there a way to get a refund?

Can't install Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Packs on PC

Hi,

I purchased the Forza Horizon 3: Ultimate Edition but was only able to download the game itself and not any of the expansion packs. The install button doesn't appear to download the expansion packs despite the ultimate edition appearing in my order history.

Hello, to download Forza Horizon 3 on your Windows PC, you will need to download it through the Microsoft Store. Simply search up Forza Horizon 3 and it should pop up as a result.
