Windows 10: forza horizon 4 0xc0000005

The forza support team said I should post here about [COLOR=rgba68, 68, 68, 1]*Issues with Game Crashes or Failure to launch, so here I am[/COLOR]


[COLOR=rgba43, 46, 47, 1]Just bought the game, installed it, pressed play, nothing happens.
Game is installed in the D drive library[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba43, 46, 47, 1]I am pretty technical so feel free to suggest any time of testing and debugging. Please don't ask me to do a fresh install/reinstall of windows, everything else is ok and I'm using it for work just great.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba43, 46, 47, 1]Google is filled with this kind of issues with no fix in sight...[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba43, 46, 47, 1]I did all the following with no luck:
- Verified the install, no issues.
- Deleted and reinstalled in steam
- Applied all windows updates had one optional
- Updated to latest nvidia driver no luck
- Unplugged one monitor I have 2
- changed to 1920x1080 i usually stay at 4k
- unplugged everything in USB
- checked that I am administrator
- deactivated developer mode
- disabled bitdefender firewall and antivirus
- removed and reinstalled all VC redistributables
- disabled all programs that start at startup
- removed most of non-essential applications
- disabled game bar and seam overlay
- disabling DEP isn't available for x64 apps
- checked ram with memtest and disk smart attributes[/COLOR]

saving forza horizon 4

I would suggest you to post Forza Horizon 4 query on Forza Horizon 4 forum. Please post this question in the

Forza Horizon forum, where we have the engineers with the expertise to provide solutions for this issue.

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Hi Titus,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.

Forza Horizon 4 special error code: 0xc0000005

I have a issue with forza Horizon 4. I bought it at windows store. I have played it until 3 weeks ago. But 3 weeks ago the game is started crashing. I started game and game is opening without problem. But when ı am starting to driving car, game is crashing.
I tried lots of things like reinstall the game, uptade my all drivers. Later ı decided to look event viewer. I found Forza Horizon 4 error and looked a code. 0xc0000005 is written for speciale error code. But ı can't solve the issue. What can ı do? Pls help
me because ı cant play in any way.
