Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 and other games saying I must be connected to the internet to play the games

Hello.

I've recently had problems with two of my laptops, resulting in me having to choose new ones.

Therefore, I can't play my games offline because of the 365 day permission limit.

Would it be possible for someone to make my current laptop the one for playing games offline, or else tell me how I can do it myself?

Forza Horizon 4 Game Play Problem

Problem with Forza Horizon 4

I noticed that Auction House and Clubs are greyed out on Forza Horizon 4 and I cannot access them.

I play this game only online and use it in different locations on different internet connections.

I’ve been plying this games for a while without any issues. But all of the sudden this issue occurred
