Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 Crash at Main Menu

So I am having a problem where I start up FH4 and get to the main menu. After it loads up and I press enter to continue it freezes for a second then crashes. I have tried resetting the app. I have reinstalled the game 4 times. I have checked for any and all programs that may conflict with the game. I have updated all my drivers. I emptied all my memory on standby. I have also checked windows for updates as well as the game itself. The last thing I have tried was reinstalling windows from scratch. I am using the MSI GP62MVR GRF Leopard Pro gaming laptop. I have disabled/removed all the applications that came with the laptop. I have added the error that was recorded during the crash below.

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.
