Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 Crashing... Help please!

I just bought horizon 4 yesterday and have hardly been able to play at all. At first I would load into the main menu and after clicking continue it would freeze and grey screen before crashing to desktop. Then I was able to play the tutorial after a little bit of minor tweaking with settings. Now I load into my garage screen after clicking continue on the main menu and it freezes as soon as I leave the garage into the open world. I have tried many different fixes but nothing seems to work. I am playing on a msi laptop, 16gb ram, i7 9th gen, and a gtx 1660 ti. I was able to run the tutorial on ultra settings with 100+ frame rate. Specs are not the issue here. However I noticed that the 3D graph on the task manager spikes to 100% for my integrated and dedicated graphics cards when the game crashes. It also seems to be trying to split the load putting a big strain on the intel graphics. Nonetheless I have tried disabling the intel uhd and the nividia card hardly takes any of the load when I did that. Im at a loss here and want to get this resolved so I didnt just waste 50 bucks on this game for it to not work..

Forza Horizon 4 Crashing

Forza Horizon 4 crashes no matter what i do. Lowering graphics doesnt help as it crashes even tho i set it to high or medium. Im gaming on a 2060 geforce rtx and a ryzen 7 2700x so it makes no sense
that i should be crashing with even ultra settings on. i have 16 gb of ram and about 1 gb is used on idle. I really need help with this as forza horizon 4 is unplayable and i really just want to enjoy the game.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
