Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 error E: 47-0 invalid profile.

hi, I have a problem with Forza Horizon 4, I have this error code E: 47-0 invalid profile, I tried many methods but none worked, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but it didn't work. what could I do?

You want to be able to play this game. However, the Forza servers are explicitely stating that your profile is invalid. Only direct solution would be to create a new account, but you would lose your save.
