Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 : graphic card doesn't support dx12

I want to play Forza Horizon 4 but there is a problem

Forza Horizon 4 - Crashing on Startup, doesn´t run

Hi, I bought the game on 3.10.2018. Everything ran well, but one week ago, after a windows update (I´m running Windows 10) and after weekend I wanted to play Forza Horizon 4 and
the game doesn´t starts. I have only the first loading screen (With McLaren Senna picture) and after a second the loading screen disappears.

I have tried to reinstall the game, and I don´t use any overclocking programs (no MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner...)

Forza Horizon 3 on PC

Hi I own Forza Horizon 3 for xbox one and I just installed it on my PC and all of that went well. I went to start the game and it said the graphics card needed to be dx12 or better and I looked in my system settings and my pc has dx12 already. I am running
windows 10 on a mac using a program called "bootcamp" and it runs all the other games I have tried fine. Any suggestions on how to get passed the graphics card issue? Thanks
