Windows 10: Forza horizon 4 Grey screen crash

Hi, my games crashes, sometimes randomly, but for example it crashes always when I go into character selection. I feel like I can drive on free world it wont ever crash but as soon as I enter race menu/character selection menu it crashes. I have tried many things like:

\- update Windows

\- update graphics drivers

\- close explorer.exe during game

\- fix teredo

\- wanted to remove Windows Sonic Audio but can't find it on my system so I assume I don't have it, also can't see Nahimic Service on services list

\- reseted/reinstalled game

\- empty standby ram with RAMMap


\- created new Xbox App profile I cant even complete tutorial here cos game always crash when I have to select character and it cant be skiped. On another profile I have save where I can ride on open world but entering character customization crashes the game


- reinstalled Windows

- clean boot

-unpluged everything besides keyboard and mouse

-downgraded graphic driver and applied settings from this reddit threadeven thought its FH7 problem it looked similar to mine so I tought it can help

My spec are i9 9900k, rtx 2080ti, 16gb ram

Do you have any ideas what can I do to fix the game?

Forza Horizon 4 grey screen crash

I have tried all the steps above, none of them are working. I have spend over the 100 hours in Forza Horizon 4. Never had any issues. I played the 5th of May 2020 until 1 AM with my buddies. Since afternoon of 10 May 2020 I am getting this grey screen crash
and I have changed NOTHING to my PC. So frustrating and disappointed! I hope the next update might have a fix.

so I bought forza horizons 4 on the pc section and just finished install but when I start it all it shows is a blank screen then crashes with no crash report
